Preparations are being made for New Year’s Eve. The menu for the evening
Durin winery opens its cellar doors to celebrate the New Year together. December 31st will be a night in the name of good wine – tapped right from the barrel for this special occasion – delicious food and fine music. The menu for the evening will feature: appetizers tasting buffet followed by cuttlefish and Pecorino cheese paccheri, lasagna with pumpkin and piglet meat sauce, Granaccia braised meat (campione di Spagna) with baked potatoes and roasted stuffed rabbit. Home-made coffee ice-cream and handmade panettone for dessert.
